Here are some things you can do if you are having a problem making a payment with PayPal.
Some have reported problems making a payment with an existing PayPal account. If you are having a problem, follow the directions below. We have had no reports of problems making a payment with new PayPal accounts.
1) Log into your PayPal account:
Go to: http://www.paypal.com and
log into your account.
2) Click on the Profile link and then select the "Add or Edit Credit Card" link and update your credit card data.
You need to check three items: 1) Make sure that your account
name is exactly as it appears on your card, 2) your account
address should be exactly as it appears on your credit card billing
statement, and 3) make sure that the credit card expiration date
agrees with what is on your card.
3) If you have an active subscription, you are done. PayPal will automatically try your payment again. If not, go to the MarketTrak subscription page and click on the Subscribe button.
