  you comment on a new model begs the question for greater detail and what your observations are that caused the change.

Response:
  The current model, version 25, was completed last March. Since then, I have made some minor changes in the network weighting algorithm that made incremental improvements in forecast accuracy. This new version will be a major rework of the network algorithm.

  I want to make the change now because the model has had difficulty predicting the last few market rallies. I think the new model should improve this situation.
